DELIVERY WITHOUT MOVING GOODS-DOCUMENT OF TITLE
No physical delivery of the goods shall be made to buyer, but delivery under this agreement shall be made by delivering to buyer a [Negotiable or nonnegotiable] document of title.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
